Service Maintenance or Predictive Maintenance strategy uses the actual condition and fault, warning massages indicated by the drive software and plan what maintenance needs to performed and when it should be carried out.
Preventative maintenance (PM) is based on scheduled maintenance procedure, the Drive is maintained at regular intervals. This allow the end users to minimize partial or complete failure and prepare your business to avoid any costly breakdowns.

INVERTER REPAIR

We offering cost-effective repairs with a fast turnaround time, ensuring that your business is able to operate at maximum efficiency all year round. We can inspect and repair your inverters in our electrical workshop facility, always using genuine branded spares and parts covered by a 12-month warranty. We have specific repair suitcases for a wide range of brands and generations of inverters including; ABB, Danfoss, Grundfos, Siemens, Vacon and more. We can conduct static and dynamic tests to simulate your equipment's working environment.

PM or REPAIR includes:

Static Tests: Connections, visual inspections of power components, dust and dirt cleaned out.
Capacitor Reforming: DC link capacitor need to be reformed if the VSD has been non-operation. The reforming time depending on manufacturer recommendations.
Dynamic Tests: Input and Output currents measured, program settings checked, fault memory checked, cooling fan(s) operating, display checked.

All data acquired from a PM will be recorded and presented to you in a full report with an individual detailed page for each system as well as a summary report highlighting any faults found and remedial work required.
